- • 600 us$ deposit
- • First installment at time of reservation: 25% of total price.
- • Balance: the balance will be paid on your arrival cash or by bank transfer before your arrival.
- • Cancellation: In case of cancellation, the first installment will not be returned. The balance however will be reimbursed (Less bank expenses)
Your arrival
On your arrival in Paraty, the housekeeper will give you the keys in exchange for the payment of the balance of the house (payment in cash please) except if you paid the balance through bank transfer before your arrival. You also will have to pay the bond of 600 us$ (or equivalent in euros or Reais – Brazilian money).
After the inventory has been checked the housekeeper will return the bond in exchange for the keys of the house.
